Terms & Conditions for 90jli Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 90jli platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 90jli ("the Platform"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Your continued use of 90jli following any update or amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last updated.

2 Eligibility

To create and use a 90jli account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a 90jli employee or contractor.
• Your use of the platform must not be prohibited under any applicable law or regulation that applies to you personally.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 90jli. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or discovered through platform security checks — will be suspended. Balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number as part of the registration process to confirm ownership of the number provided.

KYC and Identity Verification

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification must be completed. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include a Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. 90jli reserves the right to request additional documentation if required to confirm identity or address.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP codes. 90jli will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately. 90jli cannot be held liable for losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 90jli are accepted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made through payment channels approved by the platform at the time of your transaction. Currently supported channels include Philippine e-wallets and local bank transfer. The platform does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or international wire transfers for gaming deposits.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. 90jli is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank holidays, or technical issues on the part of payment service providers. 5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Withdrawal page once your account has passed full KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the verified Philippine payment method associated with your account — this may be a GCash account, a Maya account, or a Philippine bank account. The withdrawal destination must match the identity verified under your 90jli account.

Processing times, minimum withdrawal amounts, and any applicable conditions are listed on the Withdrawal page and may be updated periodically. 90jli reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if required for compliance or security purposes. Withdrawals that cannot be completed due to incorrect payment details provided by the player are the player's responsibility to resolve.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on 90jli — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface or section. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable rules for that game format.

All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Each spin or game round is fully independent. The platform does not influence, alter, or manipulate game outcomes in any way outside the certified RNG process.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 90jli will resolve the affected round in accordance with the game provider's policies. Bets placed on incomplete rounds due to technical issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 90jli's decision in such matters is final.

Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated tools, engage in collusion, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance or winnings associated with the affected activity.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, 90jli may offer promotional benefits to players. Any promotion, bonus, cashback, or reward offered by 90jli will be subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the promotion is made available. General promotional terms include:

• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only and may not apply to all players.
• Promotional funds may carry wagering or play-through requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent promotional terms will result in forfeiture of the promotional benefit and may result in account suspension.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 90jli and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in any game or platform system
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Conducting any activity on the platform that facilitates money laundering or financial fraud
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or fraudulently charge back a legitimate deposit

9 Responsible Gaming

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 90jli's total liability to any player arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 90jli is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses claimed by a player.

90jli is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to follow these terms, failure to maintain account security, or use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with these terms.

11 Amendments to These Terms

90jli reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players through a platform notice or, where appropriate, direct notification to the contact details registered to your account. The updated terms will take effect from the date indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of 90jli following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account. Outstanding balances in closed accounts will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal terms applicable at the time of closure.
